Message from the Board of Directors

Welcome to the Old Orchard I Homeowners Association!  By purchasing a home in this community, you have automatically become a member of one of the most dynamic HOAs in Valencia.

Old Orchard I is a non-profit corporation managed by a Board of Directors.  The homeowners elect Directors at the Annual Meeting.  The board is comprised of five homeowner volunteers whose purpose is to act as stewards of the Association in protecting, preserving, and enhancing the quality of life for you and your family and to safeguard your home investment in Valencia.  Current Directors, plus the Special Event Chair, are as listed below.

The Board of Directors meets according to the published schedule - usually at 7:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month at the clubhouse.  Watch the signboard, the Special Events page on this website, and the newsletter for details.  Homeowners are always welcome to attend and observe the board meetings at the clubhouse.  Board meetings are primarily designed to transact association business by the Board.  However, an "Open Forum" is provided at the beginning of each meeting for homeowner comments or questions.
